About this cartoon: Donald Trump unveiled his preliminary budget, and it's a cruel plan indeed, slashing pretty much EVERYTHING except Pentagon military spending and his proposed wall on the border with Mexico. All kinds of programs to benefit poorer Americans would be whacked, despite many of those voters having been the ones that put Trump into office.
